Opened in 1993, the Black Bird is a modern hotel set in Istanbul's Laneli district, which is the old part of the city, located five kilometres from the city centre. This five-floor hotel features 81 air-conditioned guestrooms, all of which have traditionally-styled decor and furnishings and include satellite TV, direct-dial phones and high-speed Internet ports; ensuite bathrooms are complete with telephones, complimentary toiletries, showers, tubs, and hair dryers.
