Location. TheSix Senses Hideaway Yao Noi stands along picturesque Phang Nga Bay midway between Phuket town and Krabi on the island of Ko Yao Noi, Thailand. Nearby attractions include James Bond Island and Koh Panyi.
Hotel Features. The resort's entryway leads to a library, the reception desk and a pool with two sunken bars. The library features a glassed wine cellar with suspended ladders that allow access to the cellar's upper levels. A two-story, open-air bar offers a noodle bar plus a selection of regional dishes. The Living Room & Terrace is designed with timber floors and coconut-palm columns, and serves breakfast and dinner. The Dining Room prepares Mediterranean fare and offers seating in private pavilions interspersed amid the wild mangroves and plantation palms. The holistic Six Sense Spa features treatments such as the signature Yoa Noi Ritual that begins with an herbal foot soak, a steam bath, a body scrub and a facial, progresses to a traditional Thai massage, and ends with herbal tea. Recreational activities include a fitness center, a tennis court, scuba-diving and resort speedboat tours. Quieter pursuits include movie, music and iPod rentals, cooking classes and wine tastings.
Guestrooms. This resort offers 56 pool villas with views of the bay or the surrounding forestation. The villas feature private infinity pools. Villas are built with natural wood panels and sugar-palm leaf thatched roofs. All accommodations include separate bedrooms and sitting rooms. Bathrooms feature an open style with outside showers.
