Location. The InterContinental Hotel Bangkok is located in the city center of Bangkok, Thailand, 100 meters from Erawan Shrine and Gaysorn Plaza, and 500 meters from Siam Paragon.
Hotel Features. The hotel offers an imposing silhouette with its high-rise cylindrical, glass-clad exterior. The lobby features high ceilings, massive columns and muted light brown decor with splashes of vibrant color from floral displays. The hotel includes four restaurants, a deli, two bars, business services and meeting rooms, a rooftop outdoor pool and a spa.
InterContinental Hotel Bangkok restaurants include Espresso, which serves Asian and Western buffets and features a chocolate fountain. Summer Palace offers Cantonese cuisine and dim sum, and Shin Daikoku serves Japanese cuisine. The Deli serves salads, sandwiches, breads, pastries and coffees. The Balcony Lounge offers morning coffee, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. The Oasis Pool Bar serves lunch, cocktails, coffee and other beverages.
The business center offers computers, printers, fax machines, a technical concierge and analog dial-up and high-speed wired and wireless Internet access for a fee. The hotel's 17 meeting rooms can seat up to 1,500 people. Wireless and analog dial-up Internet access are available in public areas, also for a fee.
