Location. The Marigot Bay Hotel is located in Marigot Bay, St. Lucia, West Indies. The hotel is adjacent to Marina Village, a marina which houses boutiques, a supermarket, wine store and cafes. The property is on the Caribbean Sea side of the island. The beach is a two-minute ferry ride away.
Hotel Features. An infinity pool overlooks the Bay, and a lagoon pool features a swim-up bar alongside a children's pool. The resort includes bakery, two bars and four restaurants from casual to formal. The Pink Snail Bar is named for the original "Dr. Doolittle" movie filmed about 40 years ago in St. Lucia. Non-motorized water equipment for snorkeling, scuba diving and kayaking is available at the hotel for a fee.
Guestrooms. Pillowtop mattresses are covered in 300-thread count Egyptian-cotton sheets, and beds are draped with nets. Bathrooms include bidets and slate floors and counters. Air conditioning is in bedrooms only. Rooms feature balconies. Suites are equipped with Bose surround sound, DVD players, MP3 connectivity, washers and dryers, Espresso machine and kitchens with stainless steel Neff appliances. Select rooms include four-poster beds, high ceilings with exposed beams and outdoor spa tubs.
Expert Tip. The hotel features the Lapli Spa where guests are pampered with E'Spa and St. Tropez Tanning Essentials products in private treatment rooms. These treatment rooms feature decks and open-air showers.
