From Valencia Airport (VLC): Distance to Sorolla Palace is 8 kilometres, approximately 10 minutes' drive. <br><br>Getting there. Airport buses run every 20 minutes between the airport's departures terminal and Valencia city centre. Single tickets cost 2.50 EUR. Taxis are available outside arrivals and cost about 5 EUR to the Sorolla Palace hotel. Prices are all subject to change. <br><br>Getting around. Valencia's efficient public transport system includes trams, buses, and an underground metro service. Electric buses run throughout the old city centre, connecting many of the tourist attractions. Valencia's historic city centre is best explored on foot, as many of the narrow streets are pedestrianised. National trains depart from the city centre's Estacion del Norte station, and travel to Madrid, Barcelona, and destinations along the coast. |
