The Room Mate Marina is housed in an eight-floor modern building and situated next to the port and harbour of Valencia, 500 metres from Malvarrosa Beach and four kilometres from Valencia's city centre. The 46 air- conditioned guestrooms have modern minimalist decor in neutral colours with dark wood furniture and splashes of red.
