
Located at the entrance to the Marine Park, three kilometres from Victoria, the Cerf Island Resort complex comprises 12 thatched timber and stone lodges. All are decorated with hardwood and rattan furniture and open out onto balconies with wooden decking. Amenities include air conditioning, televisions, telephones, minibars, coffee-makers, and bathrooms with bidets. Guests can while away the hours in the spa with a leisurely day on the private beach. The hotel also features an outdoor pool, and a range of water sports, including kayaking, pedal boats and scuba diving, are offered on site. In the evenings, guests can unwind in the bar, which offers a selection of drinks and cocktails. Restaurant 1756 serves authentic Creole and International dishes, and offers panoramic ocean views from the terrace or treetops. Practical amenities include airport transfers, public Internet access and room service (surcharges apply). The National Marine Park is 50 metres from the hotel. Alternatively, guests can take a boat to Victoria, the world's smallest capital, three kilometres away, or visit the botanical gardens, 1.5 kilometres from the hotel. Seychelles International Airport is seven kilometres away, with an approximate travelling time of ten minutes.

Construction is taking place at the tourism facilities adjacent to the Cerf Island Resort until August 2010 (no work will occur 21 December 2009 - 10 January 2010; completion date subject to change). Work hours are 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. daily. No facilities or amenities at the Cerf Island Resort will be affected. Every effort will be made to minimize noise. |
