Location. Opened in 2006, Villa del Arco Beach Resort & Grand Spa is located in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The resort faces Land's End and El Arco, where the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean unite. This property stands along the pale-gold sands of El Médano Beach, and downtown Cabo San Lucas is positioned one kilometer away.
Hotel Features. Gourmet accents add unique flavors to the resort's La Perla restaurant that features an expansive selection of wines, martinis and tequilas. The Buccaneer is a pirate-themed bar that serves signature cocktails, Mexican treats, wraps and burgers. The hotel spa provides an array of treatments and amenities such as expansive hydrotherapy centers, a cold-plunge pool, cold-pressure showers, a body temperature pool, and Swiss showers. Guestrooms. The hotel offers 231 spacious suites in three, seven-story buildings. Private balconies face the ocean or gardens. All suites include full kitchens or kitchenettes. Chic, contemporary décor includes marble floors, crown molding, muslin drapes, light-caramel-toned cabinetry, live plants and Mexican ceramic bathroom accessories. Additional amenities include satellite television, minibars and safe-deposit boxes.
Expert Tip. Cabo is famous for its championship golf courses designed by Tom Fazio, Robert Trent Jones Jr., the Dye corporation and Tom Weiskopf.
