Oasis America is a modern, newly-remodeled property located in the heart of downtown Cancun with 177 rooms and suites. It features an executive floor, relaxing pool, tranquil restaurant and bar, direct Internet access, meeting facilities and offers both all-inclusive and European plans. This hotel - totally renovated in 2004 - sits steps away from shopping, dining, business and entertainment areas. Oasis America includes as part of the all-inclusive package a free shuttle to the Beach Clubs of Oasis Cancun or Oasis Beach. The package includes all meals, drinks and facilities for changing while on sister properties.
Oasis America offers 177 air-conditioned guestrooms and suites in one eight-story building. Room decor features textured white walls, white ceilings, tropical, light colored furniture and tiled floors. In-rooms safes are available with a daily surcharge.
The All Inclusive Rate (AI) includes the following: room accommodations, unlimited food and drink (domestic liquor), house wine, all resort fitness and recreation facilities, all resort activities and entertainments, free shuttle to Oasis Cancun or Oasis Beach, towels and all meals and drinks at Oasis Cancun or Oasis Beach, taxes and gratuities. NOT included in the all-inclusive plan: in-room safes, imported wines by the bottle, fine cuts of meat and lobster, motorized water sports, night tennis and basketball, babysitting, massage and beauty services, telephone and fax charges, Internet access, laundry and dry cleaning, outside tours and excursions. European plan (EP) only includes accommodations.

Hurricane Policy: In the event the United States National Weather Center issues a Category 1 hurricane warning or higher that is predicted to affect this property's location and is in effect within 72 hours prior to guests' arrival, the following policies apply:
All cancellation and/or no-show penalties waived for guests who cancel their reservations due to the hurricane warning
Rate protection for guests who wish to postpone their stay for up to one year following the original arrival date; guests must stay at the original resort within the same travel period as the original booking
