Location. Hotel Colombia is located in Trieste, Italy, 300 metres from the train station. Within one kilometre of the hotel are St Just Hill, St Just Basilica, and St Just Castle.
Hotel Features. The five storey Hotel Colombia is situated on a quiet street in the historic part of Trieste. Modern artworks adorn the walls of the hotel's interior. The hotel offers valet parking, and staff are available around the clock to provide concierge services.
A complimentary buffet breakfast is served each morning at the hotel, and room service is available around the clock. Although there is no restaurant located on site, there are a number within the vicinity.
For business meetings there is a small conference room available at Hotel Colombia. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available throughout the hotel.
Guestrooms. All 40 guestrooms at Hotel Colombia are decorated in warm red shades and come equipped with air conditioning. From Trieste Airport (TRS):
Distance to Hotel Colombia is 3 kilometres, approximately 35 minutes' drive.
Getting there. The number 51 airport shuttle bus runs to Hotel Colombia. Single tickets to Trieste cost 2.55 EUR. Taxis are available between 8 a.m. and midnight, and cost about 60 EUR directly to the hotel. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Trieste's public transport system includes buses, trams, and a funicular railway. Trains run from Trieste train station to destinations throughout Italy and into Slovenia. Coaches run from Trieste bus station to Croatia and Slovenia. Good bus services link the towns throughout Croatia and Slovenia. A car is useful for exploring further afield.

Take the auto route and follow the directions for Trieste.
Exit on the coast road and continue straight until the centre of town.
The train station will be on the right hand side.
Upon leaving the station behind, turn onto Via della Geppa, the second street on the left, where Hotel Colombia is located.
