Location. Hotel Kalimera is located in Akrotiri, on the southern coast of the island of Santorini, Greece. It is within 200 metres of Caldera beach and Akrotiri's centre. Santorini airport is 12 kilometres from the hotel.
Hotel Features. Kalimera Hotel is built in traditional Greek style with whitewashed walls, clean lines and flowering plants throughout. The outdoor pool and poolside bar overlook the sparkling blue Aegean Sea, as do the two rooftop gardens. Complimentary wireless internet is available in the public areas and the hotel also houses a coffee shop and gift shop.
Kalimera Restaurant offers home cooked Mediterranean and Greek dishes and barbecue options in light and airy surroundings with white walls and traditional wood carved decor. Complimentary buffet breakfast is served daily.

From Santorini Airport (JTR):
Distance to Hotel Kalimera is 12 kilometres (7.5 miles), approximately 15 minutes' drive.
Getting there. Taxis from the airport to the hotel cost around 15 EUR. Prices are subject to change.
Getting around. Regular local buses run to destinations throughout Santorini. Ferries depart from Fira port to other nearby islands. A cable car is available for travelling up the volcano. Bicycles and scooters are available for hire at the hotel, although a car is recommended for exploring the less touristy areas of the island. |
