The Hotel Epidavros is a modern property with a white facade, situated in Athens city centre, 1.5 kilometres from Omonia Square and the Acropolis. The best ways to reach the hotel from the airport is by taxi from outside the arrivals lounge. A typical fare is 25 EUR depending on luggage. Metro tickets from the airport cost 6 EUR. There is also an express bus E95 to Syntagma Square, from here the metro Line Two (Dafni Sepolia) to Omonia Station, 50 metres from the hotel. Bus tickets cost 2.90 EUR from the airport and then 0.70 EUR for the metro line. All prices subject to change. Athens city centre is best explored on foot or by using the local bus and metro system.
Driving directions: From the airport exit by the south gate and take the Attiki Odos. Continue to Leoforos Marathonos and turn left into Leoforos Mesogeion. Continue until Leoforos Vassilisis Sofias, then to the Syntagma Square. Turn right at Panepistimiou Street and continue straight ahead to Omonia Square. |
