Location. The Tropitel Naama Bay is located in the entertainment and shopping area of Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, 10 kilometres from Sharm El Sheik International airport.
Hotel Features. Set amid palm trees and offering views of Naama Bay, the hotel is built in a traditional resort style and is 200 metres from its own private beach. Guests can enjoy use of the hotel's health club, featuring a sauna, jetted tub and massage treatments, or relax by one of the hotel's three swimming pools, including a children's swimming pool and a poolside bar.
The Tropitel Naama Bay has seven restaurants and bars, offering guests a casual atmosphere and a range of different styles of food from sushi to Tex Mex, while the main restaurant serves an open buffet. Guests are offered a complimentary breakfast.
Internet access is available in public areas.
There are a range of activities available at the Tropitel Naama Bay including snorkelling, tennis and volleyball, while sailing and motor boating are accessible from the beach. The hotel provides evening entertainment at the hotel nightclub, and daytime activities for children.

Expert Tip. The St Catherine's Monastery, on the Sinai Peninsula, was built around the fourth century chapel believed to be the site of the burning bush. A full day trip there costs about 50 EUR. |

From Sharm el Sheikh Airport (SSH): Distance to Tropitel Naama Bay is 10 kilometres, approximately 20 minutes' drive.
Getting there. Only white and blue taxis are permitted in Naama Bay's centre. Taxis cost approximately 20 40 EGP to Naama Bay and 40 50 EGP to Sharm el Sheikh. Travellers are advised to negotiate the fare prior to departure. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Taxis are the best way to explore Sharm el Sheikh and South Sinai. Fares should be negotiated prior to departure. The area is served by local buses, but they can be overcrowded. A car is recommended for exploring further afield. |
