Location. Iberotel Coraya Beach Resort is located on an 800 metre beach on Egypt's Red Sea coast, 70 kilometres from the city of Marsa Alam.
Hotel Features. This modern three storey hotel is built in Arabic and North African style and set in sub tropical gardens. There is a kids' club, a playground, and a children's pool, plus a daily kids' disco. Multilingual staff at the 24 hour front desk can offer currency exchange and the air conditioned public areas have wireless Internet access. The hotel has a hair salon, ATM banking, and a giftshop and newsstand.
Al Maha Restaurant serves an international buffet and features a terrace with views across Coraya Bay. Fayrouz Restaurant offers a Mediterranean à la carte menu. The Night & Day Bar has live music in the evenings, and the Dar El Hawa Café has Oriental style decor and serves snacks and drinks. The Margherita Bar is set by the pool, Palmito Bar has bay views, and Zuzu's Bar has a terrace overlooking the swimming pools. The half board rate includes breakfast and either lunch or dinner.
The hotel's onsite wellness centre has a sauna, a spa tub, and fitness equipment, and massage treatments are available. There are two outdoor swimming pools, and water sports available at the beach include snorkelling and diving. Tennis, football, and basketball are all available.
Guestrooms. The 364 guestrooms have modern Arabic style decor and furnishings, and balconies. All are equipped with satellite television, air conditioning, and minibars. Other standard amenities include safes, hair dryers, and makeup mirrors. The hotel offers a half board rate.
Expert Tip. The coral reefs near the hotel provide some stunning scenes of underwater life for snorkellers and divers.
