The Baron Resort Sharm El Sheikh is a large white building set within landscaped grounds, overlooking the straits of Tiran and located in the port of Sharm El Sheikh, set on over 500 metres of private beach. The resort provides a fully equipped business centre with private conference cabins, in addition to the banqueting and conference facilities for up to 500 people, while other practical amenities include currency exchange, dry cleaning services, Internet access in public areas, laundry facilities and all hours room service. Day trips can be organized to a number of attractions; these include Mount Sinai, where the Moses is said to have procured the Ten Commandments, and the beach resort of Dhahab, further up the Sinai coast, both 150 kilometres from the hotel. Sharm El Sheikh International Airport is 10 kilometres (six miles) from the hotel, a 20 minute drive. |
