Location. Hotel Roudna is located in the town of Pilsner, Czech Republic. It lies 600 metres from the Brewery Museum and 900 metres from St Bartholomew's Cathedral.
Hotel Features. This three storey family run boutique hotel is housed in a 19th century building with Baroque detailing. Multilingual staff at the 24 hour front desk can offer currency exchange, tour assistance, and the use of a safe deposit box. Limited hours room service is available as is a dry cleaning service. Hotel Roudna Restaurant serves modern Czech and international dishes in a room with Art Nouveau styling. A complimentary buffet breakfast is provided.

Expert Tip. Having survived Allied bombing in 1944, the historic district that includes the Hotel Rudna was almost destroyed by the Communists in the late 1980s; they planned to demolish the entire area. Fortunately, the collapse of Communism in 1989 intervened, and the district was saved. |

Getting there. Guests can take a taxi from the airport to the hotel; the fare should be around 60 EUR.
Getting around. Many of Pilsner's attractions are within walking distance of the hotel. A car is recommended for exploring the surrounding area. |
