Hotel Adria is a modern, whitewashed, three floor property with a private beach, situated on a verdant hillside on the Croatian island of Korcula in the Adriatic Sea, 2.5 kilometres from the resort centre of Vela Luka. It features 127 simply decorated guestrooms with wooden furnishings and balconies with sea views. Amenities include satellite television, direct dial phones and desks. Bathrooms have showers and hair dryers. The full board room rate incorporates buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner each day.
The hotel's Adria Restaurant is a relaxed, colourful buffet restaurant with large windows, serving international cuisine. Guests can relax on the private beach, and swim in the outdoor pool and indoor seawater pool, while kids have a separate children's pool, a playground, and organised entertainment. There is a gym, tennis and volleyball courts, a wellness centre with a spa tub, sauna and massages, and a bar with live music on the sea facing terrace. The centre of Vela Luka can be reached via a stroll through pine groves along the coastal path; there are numerous restaurants and cafes in the town and a ferry port which links the resort with other islands. Archaeological artefacts can also be found at the Cultural Centre. The eastern side of the island is home to the ancient walled city of Korcula, along with hilly pinewoods and vineyards, ideal for hikers and nature lovers. Dubrovnik Airport is 150 kilometres away, an approximate driving time of three hours. |

Taxis and hire cars are available from the airport. Buses run from the airport to Vela Luka, and the hotel also provides airport transfers for an additional fee. The island can be explored by car or bus and there are a number of ferries travelling to other islands and the mainland. |
