- Check In Procedure;Check In time is 3pm, check out time is 12pm. Check in is at Costa Rica Luxury Rentals office located in the Marina Village, next to Arco Azul Spa and Salon. At check-in, you are required to leave a 200 damage deposit, which will be returned to you upon the successful inspection of your rental unit.
- After Hours Check In Procedure;For all check-ins after 12:00 am, and before 8:00 am, CRLR will leave a sealed envelope with keys, Beach club pass and Welcome Letter at the designated community guard gate of the condo you have chosen to rent, eg Marbella 5B: MARBELLA GUARD GATE.
