Colina is a family-oriented community located in the heart of Los Suenos Resort. These two and three-bedroom residences offer 2,100 square feet of living space in a split-level design. Large covered terraces overlook the fairways of La Iguana golf course. Community amenities include two free-form swimming pools, childrens pool, Jacuzzi, shade palapas, barbeque areas and an air-conditioned gymnasium. Specialized property amenities include welcome basket, on-site internet cafe, and private insite laundry facilities. Beach Access is available through the Central Beach Club at the resort.
Cancellation policy: no refunds will be provided. However, we will gladly reschedule your stay if you are unable to adhere to your original reservation, subject to availability. This credit must be used within one year of the original check-in date.

- Check In Procedure;Check In time is 3pm, check out time is 12pm. Check in is at Costa Rica Luxury Rentals office located in the Marina Village, next to Arco Azul Spa and Salon. At check-in, you are required to leave a 200 damage deposit, which will be returned to you upon the successful inspection of your rental unit.
- After Hours Check In Procedure;For all check-ins after 12:00 am, and before 8:00 am, CRLR will leave a sealed envelope with keys, Beach club pass and Welcome Letter at the designated community guard gate of the condo you have chosen to rent, eg Colina 5B: COLINA GUARD GATE.
