Cancellation policy: no refunds will be provided. However, we will gladly reschedule your stay if you are unable to adhere to your original reservation, subject to availability. This credit must be used within one year of the original check-in date.

Check in is at Costa Rica Luxury Rentals office located in the Marina Village, next to Arco Azul Spa and Salon. At check-in, you are required to leave a 200 damage deposit, which will be returned to you upon the successful inspection of your rental unit.
After-hours check-in:;For all check-ins after 12:00 am, and before 8:00 am, CRLR will leave a sealed envelope with keys, Beach club pass and Welcome Letter at the designated community guard gate of the condo you have chosen to rent. Bella Vista condominiums 5B: BELLA VISTA GUARD GATE.
