Dar Al Masyaf is a complex of 29 villas or summerhouses. All rooms and suites have either private balconies or terrace areas.

There are two types of Summerhouse � Arabian Summerhouse and Gulf Summerhouse.
Arabian Summerhouse
-18 Summerhouses each of 8 rooms and 1 one-bedroom suite. Located within the resort along the meandering waterways and gardens. Decorated in traditional Middle Eastern traditions to complement the style of the resort.

Gulf Summerhouses
-11 Summerhouses each featuring 10 rooms and 1 one-bedroom suite. Located on the beachfront with some rooms accessing directly onto the beach.

There are 4 room types: Ocean Suites, Arabian Suites, Ocean Deluxe and Arabian Deluxe
Ocean Deluxe Rooms and suites
-Overlooking the Arabian Gulf and some have direct access to the beach

Arabian Deluxe Rooms and Suites

-All guests staying at Madinat Jumeirah will be charged for access to Wild Wadi.

Maximum Occupancy

Payment Requirements
For your convenience, Internet Travel Group offers secure online payments with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please note that, should you prefer, you are able to supply your credit card information by fax. We are unable to accept your reservation request without credit card details, though you will only be billed once your booking has been confirmed, the credit card information verified and our confirmation voucher sent to you by email.

For all reservations
-The full amount will be charged at the moment of confirmation.

Cancellation Policy
-Cancellations received 31 days or more prior to arrival, a 20% of the full amount will apply as a cancellation fee.
-If a cancellation is received between 30 and 17 days prior to arrival, an additional 25% penalty fee will apply.
-If a cancellation is received between 16 and 10 days prior to arrival, then a 45% penalty fee will apply.
-If a cancellation is received between 9 and 5 days prior to the arrival, then 90% penalty fee will apply.
-If a cancellation is received 4 days or less prior to arrival, then the full amount will apply as a penalty fee.
-No shows will result on the full amount being charged as a cancellation fee.

Children Policy
-Children up to 3 years of age sharing the parents' room will be accommodated free of charge on existing bedding inclusive of all the meals.
-Children between 4 and 11 years of age sharing the parents' room will be accommodated free of charge on existing bedding, however the breakfast and other meals will be charged.
-Maximum 2 children (0-3 years) will be allowed per room when sharing with parents.
-Maximum 2 children (4-11 years) per room will be allowed per room.
-Children over the age 12 are considered adults.
-Children requiring their own room are charged as adults.
-Child sharing will come at the rate of USD 23.00.

14-Jan-07 till 13-Jan-08
-Maximum 2 children up to 3 years of age sharing the parents� room will be accommodated free of charge on existing bedding inclusive of all the meals.
-Maximum 1 Child between 4 and 11 years of age sharing the parents� room will be accommodated free of charge on existing bedding. However, the breakfast and other meals will be charged.
-Child sharing will come at the rate of USD 21.00.

Children Meal Supplements
-Breakfast will come at a rate of USD 23.00.
-Half Board supplement for childen ages 4-11 years will come at a rate of USD 24.00.

Price & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, at the time of booking only a deposit is due. The remanining balance is payable on check-in and charged by the hotel direct. HotelRentalGroup.com accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
For security purposes, should your reservation incur a charge in excess of USD 400.00, you must submit a signed credit card authorization form. This will be supplied upon confirmation of the reservation. If you fail to fax across this documentation within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please note that as per our cancellation policy, there may be a fee for this.

Flight Information
If you are to arrive at your hotel after 5pm, please provide Hotelrentalgroup with your flight information, so that we may be able to advise the hotel of what time they can expect you. Should your flight be delayed, we strongly recommend that you contact the hotel directly to inform them of this.

Period of Stay / Rate Calculation
All stays are calculated and sold "per night". We can only guarantee a room until noon (12pm). Late check-outs can be requested at the moment of reservation in the additional comments box, but may come at an additional fee (usually 50% of the nightly rate).

Cancellation Policies & Charges
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, with as much notice as possible. Penalty fees may apply. Please check the terms & conditions, as these policies vary from hotel to hotel.

Cancellation Charges On All Reservations
-On all confirmed reservations, 20% of the total amount will be lost.
-Further cancellation charges may apply depending on the hotel.
Please check the specific terms & conditions for each hotel.

No Shows
No Shows will result in a 100% penalty fee.

Reservation & Confirmation
All reservations made on the web sites operated by HotelRentalGroup.com will receive a temporary confirmation number. This temporary number does not mean that the hotel room is available and is only for administrative purposes. Your final confirmation will be sent to you on your official confirmation voucher within 24 hours, unless, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel does not get back to us within this time frame. HotelRentalGroup.com is not responsible for any such delays.

Early departures
In addition to the standard cancellation policy, we would like to stress the point that the hotels are very strict regarding changes to the length of clients’ stays. Therefore we would like to inform you that clients departing before their booked check out date will be charged for the remaining nights and, no REFUNDS being made for unused nights.

Check In & Check Out Policy
Your room will be made available to you from 14h00 (unless stated otherwise in the terms & conditions of the hotel). Should you require a guaranteed early check in, the room must be booked and paid for in full for the day preceeding your stay.
Check out time is 12:00 hrs. For a guaranteed late check-out, clients should book for an additional night, charged at 100%.
